Black Bear on our Porch 04/10

At 3am we heard a noise on the side porch and found a black bear trying to get at our bird feeder. He climbed up the 6x6 post to get on the porch. This part of the porch is about 10 feet above the ground. He came back about a half hour later. It is a little hard to make the bear out in the dark until he moves in front of the post. Location is Murphy, NC.
