A tribute to the greatest movie ever made. The music is from a great Opera which is part of the third and final Godfather movie. The second part of the video is: Nino Rota-The Godfather (excerpts). This is my favorite movie and it is a classic. Enjoy.

  • I can tell the first part of the sound track came from another youtube video:

Pietro Mascagni: Cavalleria rusticana - Intermezzo

Lim Kek-tjiang conducts Evergreen Symphony Orchestra

At 1:28 it has the famous 'puff' from the conductor Lim Kek-tjiang

  • @luenlin Are U saying that I used a sound track that another YT video is also using? That is unbeliveble! NEVER EVER DID THAT HAPPANED IN THE HISTORY OF YOUTUBE! What a shame! I am the first person on YT that used the same music someone else has also posted! It's OK... I can live with that!

  • shhhhh People dont know how to make slide videos ¡¡

  • @EMIUP You are more than welcome to make a better one...

  • @anyu1941 Your video is marvelous, ignore the wild rubbish posted by morons and dilettantes. You're also right about the links between verismo-era opera plots and violence in the Godfather triptych. But we must emphasize that in both cases the violence is stylized and not gratuitous. Yet what retains permanence is the numinous world of art, and Mascagni's soaring, elegiac music blends perfectly with Coppola's epic masterpiece, creating a synthesis that touches the essence of our being. Nice job.

  • @MISHA1119 Thank you very much! I can't help it. I just LOVE the movie. I Love opera and classical music. When I made the video first I was thinking I use motion picture pieces from the Godfather movies. However I found out fast that still pictures are more dramatic. I never finished the video using the actual movie and I am glad I made it this way. Thanks for your comment and Merry Christmas.
