first bit seems like it's the same as 'symphony of sound'?..doesn't really seem like this is a TV broadcast but may well be the original footage andy presented to them i guess.. "Feb 7, 1966 Andy Warhol appears on the USA Artists show on WNET and introduces his latest project, The Velvet Underground.
