A tribute film made in 1991 at the height of John Hughes 's career. He was named Producer of the Year by the National Association of Movie Theater Owners having just produced "Home Alone". It features tongue-in-cheek interviews with John Candy, Steve Martin, Matthew Broderick, Macaulay Culkin, Jim Belushi, Michael Jordan, Lea Thompson, Elizabeth McGovern, Chevy Chase, Michael Keaton, Ed O'Neill, Catharine O'Hara, Jon Cryer, Ally Sheedy, Willie Dixon, Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley, and others.

  • @Dancing88Mike You dumbass. They gave Hughes a 6 minute tribute at the Oscars

  • John Hughes should've gotten a Golden Globe or an Oscar for some of his work.

  • YO, WHAT AM I DOING IN HERE?!

  • i think there should be a national holiday in memorial every year :)

  • Some Kind of Wonderful (1987)

  • What was that movie at 4:12 ?

  • Most of his films are classics -- especially the ones from the 80s - he was simply the best.
