@seanymo almost every person ever convicted has a "list of prior convictions". Manson will have one, whether you get to see it is another story, there are privacy issues.

@pl198029 ahhh thats absolutely correct. The standard of proof for a conviction is "beyond reasonable doubt". Now you can locate case-law for a definition of that. 100% proof of guilt is not required. There is a margin of error...
