I now have won in the court of appeals court and Parker then wasn't happy so he took it to the Supreme court of Virginia, and on Sep 21, 2010 the Supreme court ruled for me. So I ask you two courts said this Judge was dead wrong and he is still on the bench!!! He dosen't know the law so he might be the Judge in your case! Then you could appeal your case because he is incompentent

UPDATE the Supreme Court of VA told Parker to go pound sand! now remember he abused the tax payers money to push HIS case to that level. Now two courts told him he is WRONG, And Mr Harrington is right. What's next him removal from the bench is coming. And a civil law suit because we have evidence that he acted outside the limits that a bench protects him from. So watch for up date video's Parker is FINISHED!!

I litigated my own custody trial in front of Judge Parker as my own attorney against my ex wife's lawyer.... I beat him hands down and won sole legal and physical custody ... Judge Parker was professional during this trial... but then again I came very prepared....

@gahpilotva Please see the above update! Lookes like the supports of Parker will now take another look and understand how wrong he was. Or was the Apeal court wrong and the Supreme court wrong! No Mr. Harrington was correct and this is still America where we have rights.

@bdiapolo1 Well here is someone who missed the whole point! Totally missed a Judges actions! I guess doesn't underatand we have a US Constitution and all public property is still free for all American's to walk on. And this person is so lost when it comes to impeachment in this state. And as for the leg you address, then why did the Apeals court already over rule Parker!! HUMMM maybe your a friend of the Judge and he put you up to this!! Nice Try!

I remember seeing Mr. Harrington on Main St. when I was still in high school. Judge Parker needs to be put in his place, definitely.
