do you just light that powder(the incense you made), or do you just leave it open and let the smell dispurse all by it'self?

I *love* patchouli...smells great when simmering in a potion! Though, one either loves or hates patchouli EO; indeed, i've found that I adore the diluted EO, but I can't stand the fragrance Patchouli perfume! BTW, how does a citrine stone keep an oil "fresh"? I've never heard that before. Just curious!
