Two internationally renowned chefs- Martin Yan and Robert Danhi presented a live educational session exploring unique Asian sauces and spices at 2008 ACF (American Culinary Federation) National Convention being held July 13-17, 2008, at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino.
During the show, they introduced how traditional recipes can evolve into contemporary menu hits by demonstrating creative contemporary Asian dishes.
