Does that box actually say "Pillsbury"? I'm surprised Pillsbury would let its logo be used in a drug movie in those days. Although I'm also sure a lot of potheads bought Pillsbury products when they had the bread!

over the years I have grown to appreciate just how good peter sellers was as an actor. Years ago I really had no opinion of him but as an adult re-watching alot of his films he was top-notch. He is unusual in this because even though he is a comedien he doesn't actually cause the comedy in this movie....."he reacts to the commical situations around him"......and it is his reactions that are so funny

"Don't say bathroom!" OMG this movie is hilarious. I have it on VHS. Looked for it on DVD and haven't be able to get a copy. This move is a priceless classic.

She was married to Ryan O'Neal. She is one hot chick and this movie is the best. The tattoo on her leg was done by none other than Andy Warhol. It's all so grooovy.

@PolemicArts Also, the films you cite show YOUNG people getting stoned. Alice B. Toklas shows a much older generation getting stoned and that, in and of itself, was almost unheard of to show in a major motion picture!

What is so amazing about this film is that our country and culture has become so conservative since then!!! My goodness. To show a film of professionals (of various ages) getting high and all in good fun, to think like something like that could be in a commercial film today?? It just isn't made anymore. We live in such an anti-drug hysteria culture. It's AWFUL!!! PLEASE BRING BACK THE '60s!!!!!!!
