Try to keep your arms and legs as straight as possible, you back would have to bend more. and it would help your biellmann. but be carefully not to hurt yourself

nice salchow. you'll get even faster spins if you tape baking paper to your feet and go on carpet. weird, i know, but it works :D

Yes I can but like rental skates suck a lot, I don't do it anymore because it hurts my ankles :s But yes I can do these jumps and toe-loop too =)
