Recipe
1 Cup of Soaked Hemp Seeds
3 Cups of Purified Water
1-2 Tablespoons of Grade B Maple Syrup, Honey or Agave nectar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Hemp milk is rapidly becoming the favorite of health experts due to the many health benefits it brings to drinkers. Compared to normal animal milk, hemp milk contains more nutrients and vitamins and has more health benefits than almond and rice milk.
