King Jewelers, together with TechnoMarine, is proud to announce its sponsorship of Miss GEICO, the 4 time world champion and fastest offshore powerboat in the world. The momentous unveiling included a ribbon cutting ceremony featuring the King Family, Steven E. Cohen, CEO of TechnoMarine, the entire Miss GEICO team racing team Mayor Susan Gottlieb from the City of Aventura, and numerous excited paparazzi. On display was the neon green 51' Miss GEICO powerboat with bows and ribbons showcasing her newest logos, "King Jewelers" and "TechnoMarine"! The ceremonial ribbon was cut by the King family, Team Owner John Haggin and Steven Cohen and was followed by a glamorous champagne toast and reception.

King Jewelers and TechnoMarine, outfitted the 4-time world winning Miss GEICO team with TechnoMarine's new Cruise Sport chronograph watches, available at King Jewelers. "This is the beginning of a perfect partnership between King Jewelers, TechnoMarine and the Miss GEICO racing team," says Scott King. Adds Steven E. In absolute confidence Maxine King stated, " King Jewelers is thrilled to see our name featured on "Miss GEICO" as she races throughout the USA....leaving everyone one else in her wake!! Maxine's words rang true as Miss GEICO took to the waters in Sunny Isles Beach blazened with her newest sponsors King Jewelers and TechnoMarine. Miss GEICO easily won the overall title! At the awards ceremony Miss GEICO presented the trophy to the Kings and TechnoMarine.

Miss GEICO's race schedule runs along the eastern coast of the United States from May 28th thru October 17th. This year's race season is being captured on HD cameras for a television series that can be seen on the VERSUS cable network. The eight race series presented by GEICO will air on consecutive Sundays November 14th thru January 2nd.
