I just made some! I split the the recipe in half and made one half with regular sugar and one half with granulated Splenda :) I made 12 square -shaped mini cakes with each portion in the oven, 325 degrees for 20 min.
They turned out so yummy! the Splenda batter just doesnt get too "soupy" so i added a little bit of water to it (1/2 cup). I also made a glaze with powdered sugar nd milk and vanilla and drizzled it on top. DELiSH! Thanks Brookes mom!!

Do you have to refrigerate the apple/sugar/pecan mixture for an hour? or can it be at room temperature?
