Russell Simmons Sells Phat Fashions to Kellwood.

In 2004 Russell Simmons has sold Phat Fashions, into a partnership with clothing company, Kellwood.
Simmons received $140 million dollars in cash and continued to manage the company on a day-to-day basis. His now ex-wife, Kimora Lee, continued as principle creative aribiter at Baby Phat.

@mackadell1234 I agree.....I honestly miss them as a couple and thought that they were a better suited match then she and Djimon. I mean Djimon seems like a nice guy and all but....together they don't seem to have the same allure or intrigue as she and Russell. Oh well...maybe her hooking up with Djimon alleviates some of the pressures of being MRS. RUSSELL SIMMONS.
