Hoffman was the guy in the box, Strahm was the one that got crushed.

strahm is in the box, and gets crushed, because hoffman left the building, and strahm went down the hall

Jigsaw was tested. Didnt you see saw 2? he was in a car accident and had to rip out an iron bar from his torso.. thats when he became 'reborn'.
I like the idea of gordon however. though i feel the only way he can be involved again is if they have at least saw 7 and perhaps 8 .. if he is back he might be revealed at the end of saw 6.. and then we know we have another 1 or 2 ahead.. lol (7 would be a cool number)
