Basketball Driving Workout - Danyal Cheema Class of 2012

This is just a part of a workout i did after i finished playing a couple of fulls...Its some basic one on one moves going to the basket, nothing special...

and also ive seen ganon baker stuff on youtube and i was wondering why you are training like this and not going 110% or are you supposed to train like this sometimes??
