  • the only limit for a two sheet plan with be the bottom width after cutting the 10 inch sides. That would leave you around 26 to 28 inches to work with. or you could just build out a regular pirogue and chop the back square adding a 3/4 inch plywood transom. May want to glass the whole bottom of the hull for extra strength width a 2.6 hp. should work great!

  • Did you fiber glass over the OSB or just paint? Very good design, fast and easy.

    but i want a bigger stern, going to make a custom offside or wider back for a 2.6hp

    then i may make the boat a bit wider but probably not.

    Im expecting the front to plane up and flip so i gotta think of something :D
