Hey dude;
I came off as well at carron valley on ES Dub Trail near the top front wheel went away from me on right hander, bust up elbow, needed 7 stitches lovely V shaped scar now.
Looked at my elbow guards in the morning, but thought nah, lesson learned will put them on the next time. Hope it's all better now and your back rideing.

I was wearing a helmet and Glasses but nothing else. Im all recovered now but wrist is pretty sore.
