To Youtube: Why delete Eric Harris & Dylan Klebold videos?

Tributes (or also videos and pictures) of Eric Harris & Dylan Klebold always gets banned.
But tributes to the other people in the "columbine case" is always allowed...
But even worse... "the Youtube crew" let's tributes and all kind of fucked up shit stay on here like tributes for example to the fucking sick maniac Ted Bundy...
Question: Why is only Eric & Dylan videos "illegal" on YT?

I posted their Hitmen for Hire video last year and it only lasted for just two minutes before being removed. I would also get a strike for violating their community guidelines which confused me since I've seen all sorts of crazier videos and violence during the course of the last six years I've used YouTube.

For one example of other videos YT let stay is a video with John Wayne Gacy showing how to do the "Rope Trick" which he used on his victims - isn't that a bit more dangerous/harmful for people to watch than see them driving around in in a car or the "hitman for hire" VIDEO... It's crazy...
