wel this is just a few of the stretches i do to train for the splits. i am fully aware i should take time whilst stretching as i do normally but i did not have memory left to take time. i will be uploading a better one soon this is just to show somone. feel free to comment but don't be too mean coz i know this isn't a good video and that my split is not greata s i have only been training a few months and before i was the most unflexible person you could meet.
