This is a Muscle-Up tutorial.

There may be different and even possibly better ways to train for a muscle-up. But, this is how I learned and that is proof enough that it works.

  • I can false grip up, do negatives, just can't seem to get my shoulders through and over at the top of the false grip pull, my legs feel like they're in the wrong place, sending me off balance. Any help?

  • @mrnielsjoergensen Cool! Yeah, those "basics" sound hard enough for me right now, and the main problem is not really knowing how to train my joints. I know some basic progressions for the movements, but I don't understand how to make my joints strong enough for the stress.
