@sevynen Sorry mate but thats bollocks. There wouldn't be Oasis without Noel Or Liam. Noel's skill and songwriting and Liam's attitude and behaviour make Oasis. Take one of them out, and you've got half a band.

Liam didn't make the band anything. Noel had been the main songwriter through their entire run. Noel IS Oasis. At this point, the only two original members were Liam and Noel, and the only reason they still sounded a LITTLE like Oasis was because Noel was still there to make it Oasis.

I don't understand what happened to Liam's voice, though. After 2002, it seemed to kinda... die. I'm hardpressed for any good Liam vocals after 2002. It's sad, really. His new stuff with Beady Eye is kinda lame.

Dont know if its just me, Noels always been nonchanlant, but it almost like you can see in his face that he can see liams voice is finished and the band are performing meekly in comparison to their glory days. Liam in his pomp was one of the best frontmen ever, and he made oasis what they were. But im glad they split before their downward spiral continued any further, and the repuation they set as the best band in the world during the 90s was tarnished further.
