Recorded on December 4, 2011 at the Music and Poetry service at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation at Montclair, New Jersey. Dusk was written by Nkeiru Ojkoye (b. 1972, Nigerian/American) as a memorial to her mentor and friend, the late Noel DaCosta. Artis Wodehouse chose music by African composers to reflect back to and amplify the poetry chosen and read by Rev. Charles Ortman for this special Advent service.
