I don't get it. Chris Brown get's in trouble for hitting a girl and this guy gets away with beating a girl for 3 rounds? What a women beater he is, that Cyborg guy.

@MegaTrev23 that last bit wasnt a jib by the way i would just like to get a "General" opinion from fighters as opposed to or as well as spectators. subjectivity would be interesting i think

@awesomejohnnet i disagree with that closing statement i think the heart and fighters will shown by baszler, given the chance to submit (at any point in the fight) was a prime example of why this sport is so safe. because despite the beating she took she still had the training and good sense to rest as cyborg celebrated and continue to fight. even opening with an early jab. i would have done exactly the same. i would like some other fighters to comment if they read this.

I completely agree with you Trev, but she was clearly defeated and absorbing punishment for nothing.. she was defenseless and had nothing left to fight back with... lay down and getting pounded by a power striker.. Even cyborg was in shock that it wasnt over. I like a frisky fight and blood and guts is part of the game but this was just ridiculous... not needed, not classy, and an embarrassment to the great sport of mixed martial arts.

@awesomejohnnet every mma fighter trains a ridiculous amount for this... we can tap whenever we want, i would rather a broken nose or get knocked out than an early stoppage just in case i got hurt and im sure most fighters would agree not just mma but any combat sport. stopping it too early is worse as you feel cheated and angry. rather than beaten and motivated to train harder/better whatever. dont like blood? dont watch mma

This disgracefull the fight should have been stopped a long time ago. It was obvious that Baszler was defenseless. She took serious unneeded unsporting abuse. people wanted to see blood and they obliged by letting it go on. Disgraceful. Baszler could have died.. but they dont care.. Even Chis was surprised they let it go on.
