I teach at Marysville-Pilchuck and directed plays/musicals for many years. This is the most beautiful, sacrificial act of kindness I have seen from high school students, and I've seen quite a few. Thank you!

What talent! I had goosebumps just listening to your voices. Thank you so much for speaking from your hearts about how choir has positively impacted your lives. I too am a graduate of MPHS ('98) and am heartbroken over the district's decision to cut choir. I hope the MSD board views your testimonies about why performing arts is such a vital part of a rich, well rounded education. It's so good to see Mount Vernon SD knows the value of a strong arts program!

My eyes are brimming with tears!! You guys sound amazing and speak with such passion for Choral music. I was a Senior 20 years ago in Marysville, and had the same experiences you all have in your wonderful progam at Mount Vernon. Unfortunately, its a different story there today. Keep singing!! May the music stay with you for a lifetime!
