  • Yah, I know what you mean...your heart sort of swells and pulls with a tender burn, and as you said, even hurts, but at the same time, you feel a melancholy bittersweetness that feels like something personal and sentimental, something comforting yet lonely,..and suddenly you realize the music has approached you like a long lost love, something that seems to fill a void, but in truth, is just a moment of delicious reflection upon everything that is happiness. (the was a top-notch run-on sentence!)

  • this song is amazing, I like especially this part ; Do you see me As I see myself? I promise there's a downside Something you can't see Hide me Dying in the light of the room Blind side please I don't really want to be seen In my own eyes It's so true : - )

  • she is the very best america has to offer.

  • I caught her show in Ridgefield, CT in '10. She related that she often writes songs "from a dark place".

  • I look up to her, but this just gives me a reason to love her more

  • One of the greatest most underrated artist of all time. She's even more amazing live

  • I wonder if this song is an inuendo about her being down on her self for being homosexual. If so, it makes me sad that people have to feel bad about themselves for being what they are. There's something beautiful about sorrow though, it sinks one's mind to the level of the soul and all of existance is there to be seen, but I feel for those who've lost themselves there. Peace and love Brandi

  • @islandsq a good run on sentence like a good run on love affair...

as a connoisseur you might like to read the first page (paragraph, sentence) of "Wind In The Willows" by Kenneth Grahame. Perhaps the finest run-on sentence in all literature, although yours is one of the finest on YouTube...

  • Es que no la puedo amar más :|

  • muack

  • @ParArdua Yes, it's uncanny really...I saw her live in Louisville and all the guys over 40 who were there (and there were plenty of us) were just savoring this experience...vulnerable....we know in a way the younger ones cannot how fast it will all pass by...it is almost liking watching a daughter grow up, the sense of joy in her maturity, but the fear at how fast it has gone by....I savor every song I hear by her....such a moment in music and in a brilliantly gifted young woman's life.

  • gracias brandi por ser la mejor
