Bike test YAMAHA XJ6

The Diversion hasn't been included in the Yamaha catalogue for the past five years. During this time riders who appreciate simple and affordable roadsters have had little choice but to turn to other constructors or settle for the FZ6, which for some is a bit too sporty.

i did 3000 miles in 2.5 weeks around the Alps, with full luggage on the N. They are very long-legged when needed.

what is the display doing when he turns on the ignition?

It is reasonably less powerful than the FZ6, but still very nervous at high revs. If you are aware of the danger, you will take it easy, otherwise it can send you to a coffin real quick.

I rode the FZ6 and I wouldn't recommend as 1st bike, but this one has 25HP less (100 X 75) and is easier to handle. Just take care.

which power, this bike is heavy, weak and slow. This is so much worse than the FZ6 S2 !

Yes this is a great first time bike for noobs. Just respect the power and you will do fine.
