ya i dont understand as well like with his spec he sould be getting like a bit more fps then yours , maybe his drive might have been mess up or somthing , like in bf3 im get 100 fps

I was wondering, I have a 2500k, hd 6950, 8gb ram, With everything maxed and I mean everything with 1920x1080 I get around 30fps but when I go near the ares where theres lots of buildings or c ars it goes it 25. Im getting a new cooler so Im gunna oc to 4.0ghz. Will I get more fps, even if I could get a steady 30fps or more would be good. If you can help please send me a message
