how do u mask both scenes together and then make the cup come in ur hand? :/

Actually I edited both scenes that are separate shots. In the first shot, I used the mask tool on the cup and position the cup to make it come to my hand fast with blur effect. Plus the second shot, I just simply have someone throw the cup for me to catch...lol. One day, I'll try to have it all in one take to make it even better. Thanks so much!!
