the teenager story isnt true tho. he didnt wrote down the plate number, he thought about it but didnt. the reason he got identified was because some of the people who knew him, gaved them a tip.

I don't think the sketch picture looks like Ramirez, but I'm glad that a kid could recognize him & notified the police. Hope that there are not that many people like him around.
