You can order a concert grade cornett from John McCann in Sandy, Idaho. He has aged boxwood from which he constructs great instruments. There is also Jeremy West with Christopher Monk Instruments in England. These are challenging instruments requiring very consistent embouchure and great breath control but there is nothing like the sound.
