He is depicting the Military in an terrible mannor, one that is simply not true. In addition, he is committing fraud. He is wearing medals that he has not earned. If he were wearing this in real life, instead of hiding behind a picture, he would be prosecuted for up to 6 months in jail, receive a felony, and up to $50,000 fine.

If you notice, his figure does not move AT ALL. His rank indicates someone of high rank. His younger sounding voice does not fit the profile of someone who has been in the corps for 20+ years. Also, any member of the military CANNOT be silenced unless it divulges classified information. In fact, many members of the military openly support these views. They are not traitorous.
