soy bean curd is one of the most healthy green food in the world. it is a 4 in 1 machine.
this production line can make 4 kinds of soy bean products,i.e. A.soy bean milk,B.soy bean curd,C. dried bean curd sheet ,D.soy bean jelly (doufunao yogurt) etc .

the liquid is nigari, is a part of the see water, contains diferent salts, non of them is sodium salt, so it is not see salt like we normaly understand. 95 % magnesium chlorid, calcium chlorid and can be calcium sulfat. the most exquisit tofu is made with sea water.
The calcium sulfat is also called Gypsum fibrosum, is toxic in high doses, but Chinese medecine uses a lot of it in infinity of formulas.
