@luckviewer777 well there are trikes and I think we also invented the carriage. however we have cars on hydrogen and oxygen, we still have trams and trains on electricity. the only downside is travelling long distances when I want to go skiing in Rockies og Relaxing in Emilia Romagna ;-)

Riding your bike is healthy. Emulating the habits of professional cyclists is not. This video is well-intentioned but full of misinformation.

So did that beef burger he's eating coming from a organic and free range farm? Some of the points made still hinge upon the horrid mechanisms of unhealthy living (cattle production, 6k calorie diets? 1/4 of the world is hungry on the daily now). It's a start but as sustainable as cycling in PrO Cycling is beyond a heavy consumer and contradictory to the overall message if look at introspectively.
