weight loss - begin again?

just stopping in to say hello to everyone.

i've gained some weight.
been maintaining somewhat well though. you know... the usual. Thinking about doing this on a regular basis again. Hmmm.

I hope you do keep up with the videos. It sounds like every week might be too much though. I've thought about doing vids myself, but I'm not sure how it would help so I've been blogging.
