Police chase in 1970's England with the Bobby car having the old donkey air horn siren ^_^ My favorite out of all the European sirens.. Disappoints me that they want to copy ours. From the PS2 game StuntMan.

  • that two tone sounds a little dodgy to me. if i were making this,i'd put on the siren that was used on hartbeat of the first series of london's burning as that sounds FAR better than this!

  • @flashstudiosguy: I can't change the siren because it comes that way in the game and this was filmed using a PS3 on a PS2 game so you can't change it.

  • what is this game? and where can i get it at?

  • The game is Stuntman for PS2..It's listed in the info..As for where to get it that depends on where you find it cheapest..I got it at Electronics Boutique prior to them becoming Gamestop..It's a great but challenging game.

(Try it you'll like it)It also has a cool sequel for PS2 and PS3..Stuntman Ignition.

  • You realize that Margaret Thatcher was in office from 1979 to 1990 right? I would consider her an 80's PM, not 70's

  • @KinsellaP1 France, Germany, Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Holland still use Two tones (although they are somewhat modernised)

  • @KinsellaP1

I think in Harlow, Essex, some of the fire engines r still using such a similar sirens!

  • Great to hear these old Emergency Services Sirens! Reminds me of my youth in the 80's. Much prefer them to the modern ones! Is there any Emergency Service anywhere in the UK that still uses them? If not, is there any country that uses those Sirens? Any websites where you can hear them? Thanks!

  • Still I think its siren is a bit slower than traditional British siren and the siren tone isn't exactly the same. It's actually a "hyper" French firetruck siren.

  • thanks!
