    Yeah, i know that while closing we can put it at the credit side. It was just for those viewers like me who may confuse while understanding the concept. Thanks :-)

    She is just getting the balance for this furniture account. You credit when you close it.

  • Dear Viewers,

    Please note that there is a little mistake in the 'furniture account' wherein the opening balance of $60,000 as well as closing balance of $55,000 both have been shown on the debit side of the account which can make people confused. The closing balance of $55,000 should appear on the credit side of furniture account to make the effect correct. Though, it did not effect our result on cash flow statement but still the mistake should be noted down. Thanks :-)
