i cant find the soul of the original in this copied irasat. anil kapoor,tabu and amareesh puri are no where near to the spectacular performance of kamal hassan,revathi and shivagi ganeshan,,waste priyadarshan,..

Kudos should be gone to Kamal Haasan the genius who penned the story. On that year he got the FilmFare Award for best screen play for Virasat.

Virasat is the inch by inch remake of Kamal's ThevarMagan.

Anil is no match to how Kamal performed in the end. Character is based off overseas english, here Anil speaks in mumbaikar English. Kamal's version was much better.
