My spinning new years resolution is to make more videos. Do you have a spinning resolution? In this practice session I focus on a lot of isolations, inversions, body tracing (aka snakeing), plane changing, and turns amongst other things. This will be a reoccurring series with updates to as what I am practicing at the moment.

  • whatare these snakes you speak of?

  • @Mescer snakes err snakeing is a technique where you somewhat stall but continue with the momentum though and around your body. around 1:00 there is some, around 2:55 as well...

  • so i saw the isolation, and inversions, but what are you calling snakes? I have never heard of that trick and could not pick it out.

  • @gratefuljuggler its a style derived from club spinning, its also known as body tracers, or snakeing
