He is a good pal of mine so I only pay for supplies.
I went ahead and bought him dies for his press and I pour my own soft lead bullets. If I want a batch of copper cores or cast cores for hunting I just buy them in bulk online.

Well that glock 23 isnt sporting a 10.5 inch barrel either ; )
I have a pal that reloads for me... a true master of the craft. I am not nearly that accurate with cheap reloads or off brand ammo. To be that accurate I have to have a box of corbon or my pals reloads that he custom tailored for my 500.
I dont shoot glocks so I really cant comment on the accuracy of the 23 but my full frame witness match will easily pull a 2 inch group at 20 yards if shoot with a rest.
