Jacob's Ladder, the second best movie ever. Amazing script by Bruce Joel Rubin. Great perfomance by Tim Robbins, Danny Aiello and all the rest of the cast. Suberb directing job by Adrian Lyne. Exquisite photography by Jeffrey L. Kimball. Jacob's Ladder is "The Tibetan Book of Death" turned into a movie. Thank you, danjaqdvd, for sharing this awesome deleted scene (and yes, I agree with you: it is relevant; they should have been left it in the movie).

They maybe should have kept this in. This is one of my favourite films. I've done a video called 'Writhe' on my channel which has a shaking head and other effects. Have a wee look!

I think they tried to play down the chemical experiments and instead make it appeal to a broader audience by making it seem more religious.

Yeh one of my top ten movies! I believe though this would have been an alternate ending, because it changes the whole movie in the direction of it being a warfare chemical motivated story and the end of this scene him now being cured..So to go back to the movie after this scene and to end the movie like it originally does would seem a little confusing..Maybe?

Shit, i loved this movie and this scene should definatly been left in. maybe not in its full length but it should have found a place in the final cut. good post dan :)

Yeh one of my top ten movies!
