Me singing Old Souls from Phantom of the Paradise

I recorded "Old Souls" from PotP. Unfortunately, I have no accompaniment, and I'm nowhere NEAR as good as Jessica Harper xD.

I have some diction problems and a few other issues here that I've noticed, just to let you know in advance.

I'm very much an amateur who has never had proper voice lessons, so feedback would be greatly appreciated. That being said, please don't be mean. I know I'm far from being a great singer, but I'm trying to improve.

I notice you mostly use tremolo modulation of your voice (the volume-wavering at the end of your phrases), like Jessica Harper and many other singers in the '70s (Aaron Neville and Phoebe Snow are great with tremolo also). Vibrato (wavering of the note instead of the volume) is more popular these days but well-done tremolo can be great, kind of eerie and unearthly. I think doing one style perfectly is better than doing both at once, which is the easier way to go but technically sloppier.

@AnImpureMelody You did Excellent!! It gave me goosebumps O.O . Thats a tough song to do and I applaud your efforts. Can you get the music in the background? It might help you a little bit more. You have a great voice, you need to cultivate that talent. =)
