It's pretty pathetic that people are questioning if he's a tank or not. Asside from the fact that he's in Frost presence (which is the Tanking presence that's not used for either dps spec) you can look at his reduced damage, the amount of healing he's taking in and/or the simple fact that he's being attacked by the boss..

...Uh dude. Frost Presence is the TANKING PRESENCE. He's in Frost Presence, he's doing more threat/has more health/has more mitigation. Blood Presence/Unholy is the DPS presence. He is a blood tank. Look at his action bars. Frost DPS uses blood, not frost.

-Raid Frames are most likely grid (or pitbull, grid is easier to look like that)

-Unit Frames are pitbull

-Bars I would say bartender, but could be domino

-Threat is Omen

-Damage is recount

-Chat (looks like prat, could not be)

The large bar up from the bottom is most likely skinner or some sort of panel
