IN 4 LANGUAGES- For this second volume, Thierry Alibert shows you the study of the second part of the modern part (XXth Century) of the Yang Style called "Man". Find realistic situations, through many martial applications, in which the "Fa Jing" explosive force is focused on, against one or several opponents.

  • Better use Tai Chi on fighting in general(like i do :-P).

Don't use it on single movements and make a fighting style out of that, this won't work because it didn't evolve from the fight situation. Go train with MMA guys, try to keep your meditation in sparring and let your movements evovle from that. It works, but you'll need some fight training.

  • There isn't anything internal, all esternal fight...this is non Taiji Quan...

  • I don't think I'll ever see what tai chi will looks like in a real fight and I doubt I ever will.

  • tai chi is very great and very well could be used in the fight but the gist of the fight much withheld, and only certain people can use it. in this video that is sad, because it misrepresented

  • HOLY SHIT JUST PUNCH THEM

  • Thats not real tai chi.

  • The chic with the long hair and the pink outfit is hot, she can play my pi pa any day.

Mawst: tai chi is not also known as dim mak, that's something else entirely.

  • when every part of your body is a weapon, all working at the same time, believe me it works...because taiji lets you move in between most other people's attacks...it's not for everyone, but if you can do it and mix it with some boxing and krav maga strikes, you're devastating....

  • Taijichuan is a martial art it is for self defense, meditative and exercise/ health purposes. It is very effective and practical just like Aikido.

  • @eliteforcecombat lol thats the beauty of martial arts, you use what works for you. However, when emphasizing on what "works", anything can work, it just depends on how you use it and know how to use it. The reason why BJJ and Muay Thai are considered very effective in real life situations, is because it takes as little time to master the techniques.

  • you're right NTNGUYEN this is not for the real world. I come from the mean streets of N.Y.C. this wouldn't work against the guy's I had to dal with as a cop. to flashy and really no one attacks you like this in the streets. Man I really do wish that people would WAKE UP! and see that we are not living in China of old or Japan etc. we live in a real world w/ real bad guy's who are trying to kill u. not look like a dame kung fu movie. please, lets start teaching what WORKS!!
