Blizzard has changed the Blood Elf Male, given it more body mass wich makes it fit in more with the others on the Horde side and make it look less feminine.

I agree, the male races look so proportionally wrong and un-attracitve. The only male race that looks even semi-goodlooking are the blood elves.
