  • A pine cone is an animal? Where did you hear that? It makes no sense though. It grows n a tree. Its a seed pod. Its made out of wood.

    Anyway the usual standard of quality from Expert village.... To people that actually want to learn though: yes the seeds are edible but hard to harvest. Pine cones burn horribly bad, and also you can use them to tell the weather> if it's going to rain the pine cone will shut tightly to protect the seeds inside. If the weather is going to be dry the pine cone will open, to allow birds toc ome in and take the seed/ plant it.
