YEA, I had no idea about any of this! I tried making custom items last holiday season (2008). What a NIGHTMARE! I mean, I can handle a lot of work, typically but that's when the down economy decided to hit me so I got zero profit....actually I lost money.

I just unlisted everything so I could start fresh.
