That last part is hilarious, they all ignore him, and he's totally on the floor. He could be dead and they would not care. I don't give a fuck if it's normal, if I'm in Japan and I see a person like this, I ask if he needs help. If it's obvious he's okay and he's just drunk, I help him into his seat and let him be. If he's ill, then I call some authority around.

Is it just me, or does no one else possibly realize that in Japan, helping that man would be a terrible, terrible insult to their honor, and that honor is the driving force in that particular country...? Don't get me wrong, I do feel sorry for him, but Japan is -nothing- like the US, or Europe, or other countries. Before insulting or yelling at Snoogly, think about how different the Japanese culture is first, guys.

Christ help him. It is nice that no one is robbing him blind but it seems so heartless to watch him sprawled in the aisle in a drunken state.
