It's not that all men were not created equal, it is about how other people are treated, especially of color. This video was made just to uplift, not bring other people down. As I stated in the video, I did not write this poem but I love and admire it. We all belong to one race of man.

  • @ReighnStorm True, I was told a long time ago by a woman from FABC church that it is the one thing God created in roses. She said, "Just like a rose black people have a variety of shades and beautiful colors to them. From light to dark it's all a bouquet of roses in humanity.

  • Beautiful.

  • I never fail to get chills from this poem. I lost what i thought was a good friend until I defended my race to him. Why must we have to defend ourselves? Why can't we just accept and be accepted just the way we are?

This to me is a poem that answers that very question to others and ourselves.

  • just beautiful, words can't describe. Proud to be black.

  • woah i like the part of the shperd hair! I don't have the same hair as blacks but black women with their fros are cute

For years I struggled with suicide because it got to a point where I didn't want to live looking like this anymore. Today I just about reached my breaking point and I was going to really do it, but I saw this video. Thank you so much for posting this video. Today you literally saved my life.
