You need the Ageia PhysX Card that is frequently called PPU (physics processing unity), this game makes use of extreme physics that only the PPU can calculate with playable frames. You can play without the PPU but the game will run very bad sometimes falling to 7 fps, tested on my dual core x2 4200+.
